    What is Glacial?

    Glacial, also known as Alcolado Glacial, is a mentholated liquid that the manufacturer describes as ‘air conditioning in a bottle’.

    First and foremost, Glacial cools and refreshes. It also relieves pain and helps with colds. It is also effective against itching after mosquito bites. The bottles with the bright green contents and the penguin on them can be bought everywhere on Curacao as a lotion or spray.

    Know-it-all tip:
    Glacial is produced in the laboratories of Landhuis Chobolobo, the home and production site of the famous, original Curacao liqueur.
