Dies kann ein h\u00f6lzerner Sonnenschirm sein, eine fest verschraubte Garnitur aus einem Tisch, zwei B\u00e4nken und Dach oder auch ein <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/bars-restaurants\/\">Restaurant<\/a>, wie es beim <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/bars-restaurants\/de-buurvrouw\/\">Eetcaf\u00e9 De Buurvrouw<\/a> der Fall ist. Nebenbei befindet es sich in der gr\u00f6\u00dften Palapa der Insel. Nicht nur deshalb, sondern auch wegen den leckeren Barbecue Gerichten haben wir ein Video gedreht:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ar8OrTxYQLc\" title=\"De Buurvrouw - lecker und freundlich\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;--awb-margin-top:50px;\"><h3>Hoch die Knie<\/h3>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 &#091;&#093;\">Die \u00fcberdachten, typisch karibischen Sitzgruppen &#8220;in klein&#8221; begegnen Dir \u00fcberall auf Curacao. Die Sets aus zwei B\u00e4nken und einem Tisch erinnern ein wenig an unsere Biergarnituren in Bayern, nur dass B\u00e4nke und Tisch fest miteinander verbunden sind. Au\u00dferdem haben sie mehr Flair und vermitteln schon beim ersten Anblick Karibikfeeling pur.<\/p>\n<p>Zugegeben, der Einstieg auf die Bank ist etwas komplizierter, sieht aber mitunter lustig aus&#8230; Oder Du setzt dich einfach anders herum darauf, wie es ganz viele Leute machen. Vorteil: Meerblick f\u00fcr alle! Der Ausblick auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/beaches\/\">Bilderbuchstr\u00e4nde<\/a> der Insel mit ihrem t\u00fcrkisen Wasser lohnt sich immer.<\/p>\n<h3>Luv und Lee<\/h3>\n<p>Neben Sitzgelegenheiten spenden Palapas vor allem Schatten. Sie sind mal mehr oder mal weniger fest verschraubt und manchmal etwas schief. Es f\u00e4llt auf, dass wenn Deckmaterial in Form von Palmenbl\u00e4ttern fehlt, immer die gleiche Seite der Palapad\u00e4cher betroffen ist. Daran sind die <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/secrets\/klima-auf-curacao\/\">stetig wehenden Passatwinde<\/a> aus nord\u00f6stlicher Richtung schuld. Wir haben beobachtet, dass Touristen oftmals Sonnenschirme oder Pavillons den Palapas vorziehen. Auch wir haben uns daf\u00fcr entschieden. Es liegt sich ja auch schlecht auf einer schmalen Sitzbank. Oder man nimmt gleich den ganzen Tisch (siehe Titelbild). Es l\u00e4sst sich nicht von der Hand weisen, dass ein sandfreier Tisch am Strand gewisse Vorteile hat.<\/p>\n<h3>In den Schatten gestellt<\/h3>\n<p>Palapas sind auf Curacao quasi eine All-in-One-L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den Strandaufenthalt. W\u00e4hrend wir Touris gerne ein Pl\u00e4tzchen im Schatten haben, platzieren die Inselbewohner im Schatten der Palapas selten sich selbst. Sie nutzen diese als B\u00fcffet. Es versteht sich dabei von selbst, dass man seine eigenen Sachen nicht direkt auf den Sitzpl\u00e4tzen am Kiosk oder der Snackbar verzehrt, nur weil dort vielleicht coole Musik l\u00e4uft. Letzteres ist \u00fcbrigens h\u00e4ufig der Fall, weshalb wir Pommes mit nem Bierchen bei Reggae Musik am <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/beaches\/daaibooi-beach\/\">Daaibooibaai<\/a> jedes Mal sehr genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<h3>Chillen und Grillen op de Antillen<\/h3>\n<p>An den meisten \u00f6ffentlichen Str\u00e4nden, so auch am Daaibooi oder bspw. am <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/beaches\/kenepa-grandi-grosser-knip\/\">Gro\u00dfen<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/beaches\/kenepa-chiki\/\">Kleinen Knip<\/a> ist Barbecue erlaubt. Die Palapas am Strand f\u00fcllen sich dazu wie von allein. Sie bilden den Mittelpunkt f\u00fcr Treffen von Familien und Freunden. Die Kids spielen am Strand, springen noch einmal ins Meer und die Eltern bereiten das Essen vor, w\u00e4hrend die Gro\u00dfeltern sich meist auf der Palapabank im Schatten ausruhen. Sie halten h\u00e4ufig die aller kleinsten Familienmitglieder im Arm und k\u00fcmmern sich liebevoll um sie. Zu den Palapas hin gekarrt werden au\u00dferdem Klappst\u00fchle, Grills und Musik. Beim Barbecue wird dann in entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re gefeiert und gelacht, bis die Sonne untergeht.<\/p>\n<h3>Was dem Bayern sein geliebter Biergartenbesuch&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>&#8230; ist dem Cura\u00e7ao\u00ebnaar sein Strand-Barbecue.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr unsere Barbecues at home haben wir im La Curacao Kaufhaus ein nettes <a href=\"https:\/\/relaxedcuracao.com\/shopping\/die-schoensten-souvenirs\/\">Souvenir<\/a> gefunden. Wir fanden es so passend, weil wir in Bayern leben und der kleine Sonnenschirm bayerisch wei\u00df-blau gef\u00e4rbt ist.
