Why a ribs challenge?<\/h3>\n

Spare ribs (in American English) or simply \u201cribs\u201d are something of a classic in Curacao. You can find them everywhere: in luxury hotels, in many restaurants, on the beach, and even at the Truk di Pans<\/a>. Everyone loves them! Juicy pork ribs that, in the best case, \u201cfall off the bone\u201d and are grilled in a delicious barbecue\/honey sauce. Who wouldn’t find that delicious?<\/p>\n

The secret of perfect spare ribs<\/h3>\n

Over the years, I have eaten so many delicious ribs in Curacao that I sometimes asked for the \u201csecret tips for preparation\u201d and grilled them at home. I actually ate the best ribs of my life in Curacao. I didn’t have to \u201cgnaw\u201d them off the bone with my teeth, as is often the case in Bavarian beer gardens. Instead, they \u2018fell\u2019 off the bone, were super tender, simply delicious, and a true delight! They were accompanied by lovingly decorated and selected side dishes. For a few years now, this has been called \u201cfine dining.\u201d<\/p>\n
